What people call “fracking” is a new combination of hydraulic fracturing and horizontal drilling. It wasn’t until after 2005 that the explosion of fracking got started.
Ontario has shale deposits, and industry players will be looking to using fracking here to extract natural gas. Our water, land, and air would be poisoned in the process.
